That is the complete list. It is strictly necessary for the function it serves, so it does not require consent under the ePrivacy rules.
We do want to know which pages people read and which counties they are in, because that is how we decide where to train installers next. We measure it without identifying anyone: each page view records the page address and the time, and nothing else. No cookie, no advertising identifier, no IP address, no device fingerprint, no record that links one page view to another.
There is no personal data in it, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing you could ask us to delete.
The films on this site are hosted on YouTube. We use youtube-nocookie.com and the player is only loaded once you click play — so no YouTube cookies are set unless you choose to watch something. Until then the site shows a still image, which is requested from Google's image servers and reveals your IP address to Google in the same way any image on any site would.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Since we only set one cookie and only for staff, blocking cookies will not affect anything you use on this site.
If we ever add analytics or marketing tags that use cookies, you will get a consent banner before anything non-essential loads, and this page will be updated to list it.
